The Orlando office address: 333 S Garland Ave, Orlando, FL 32801What you will be doingCollaboration Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experienceInbound/Outbound Sales Consistently achieve sales targets and KPI'sManage new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up via calls/emailsSource new sales opportunities through cold callingConsult partners to get them active onto the Fresha platform, educate them on the system and the benefits of onboarding packagesPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential Partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectivesCommunication Build good relationships with partners and all colleagues across the commercial teamsProvide feedback to management about ongoing trends in the industryEstablish and maintain positive Partner relationshipsWork closely with other departments to ensure a seamless Partner experienceOrganization Record all activity and maintain accurate contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)Ensure that all Inbound partners are assigned to the relevant B2B workflowsContact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRMThis list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
