Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers and members of the organizational staff
  • Research and compile information for projects and tasks
  • Prepare factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications
  • Ensure leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the mission of the Directorate
  • Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
