The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians on residential job sites.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Analyze blueprints and electrical schematics to guarantee precise installation and adherence to regulations.
  • Assign tasks and manage team performance to achieve project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes while performing all work safely.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and project managers to address concerns and provide project updates.
