Summary

The Project Manager II oversees overall management direction on intricate project(s). You will establish project goals through strategic planning and budgeting, serve as the primary liaison with clients, and monitor construction and financial activities in conjunction with the Project Team. You will be accountable for the project's financial outcomes and ensure safety on-site by promoting a culture of safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Manager II will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas to perform effectively and safely:
  • Oversee Pre-Construction Responsibilities
  • Lead Job Transition and Initiation Process
  • Manage Budget and Timeline
  • Oversee Cash Flow Management
  • Direct and/or Supervise Staff
  • Maintain Client Relationships
  • Oversee Generation and Submission of Technical Documentation
  • Manage the Construction Workflow
  • Supervise Project Safety and Risk Management Protocols
  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment
  • Engage in Training and Certifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 4 years of construction experience; or 8 years of related construction experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager I.
