Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and other relevant appointments for the broker
  • Support the real estate office with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
  • Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify the broker of necessary details
  • Keep a balanced record of the broker's business transactions

Requirements:

  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
