The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company. This includes directing and coordinating office services and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and vendor accounts to maintain effective communication
- Handle administrative tasks such as file maintenance, answering the telephone, and ordering inventory
- Organize meetings and maintain a shared Google calendar
- Create materials according to needs, including client forms and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with providing insight on new trends and marketing approaches for the Executive Team
- Maintain and create posts for social media accounts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Fashion Design, Real Estate, or Travel experience a plus
- English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate
- Excellent customer and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with others
