Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company. This includes directing and coordinating office services and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and vendor accounts to maintain effective communication
  • Handle administrative tasks such as file maintenance, answering the telephone, and ordering inventory
  • Organize meetings and maintain a shared Google calendar
  • Create materials according to needs, including client forms and PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Fashion Design, Real Estate, or Travel experience a plus
  • English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate
  • Excellent customer and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with others
