Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at 5TH HQ LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and other departments.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including filtering new leads, working with our marketing department, and maintaining order reports. You will also be responsible for registering new orders, processing invoices, and preparing packing lists.
Key Responsibilities:- Filter new leads and respond to inquiries
- Work with our marketing department to allocate new leads to the respective department
- Maintain and update order reports
- Register new orders and changes during the production process
- Process new and invoiced orders in the manufacturing system
- Prepare invoices and packing lists
- Work with our logistics department to gather documentation for shipping
- Maintain and update customer price lists
- Process new master requests
- Assist in other functions as requested by the immediate supervisor
- Minimum Associate's degree
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience supporting a sales team
- Fully bilingual English-Spanish
- Experience with online sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
