Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and set up new inventory information into the OPRA systems.
  • Work with maintenance employees on any issues they are having related to the OPRA systems.
  • Work with corporate maintenance team to resolve any issues within the CMMS systems.
  • Assist maintenance manager with any issues.
  • Assist in scheduling contractors for repairs, and document all required information in the OPRA system.
  • Assist company personnel with any maintenance related matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel programs.
  • Familiarity with software systems such as SAP & Lotus Notes.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
