Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Estimating personnel to prepare proposals for submission
  • Assist in the application process for permits and the procurement of insurance certificates for projects
  • Coordinate utility location requests and support team members with ongoing project coordination
  • Manage submittal requests and their corresponding submissions
  • Oversee bond orders and their execution
  • Examine project specifications during the bidding process
  • Prepare primary bids for submission
  • Create project layouts using Microsoft Publisher
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required (e.g., light cleaning, supply ordering, answering phone calls)
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Excellent communication abilities and prior customer service experience
