About the Role

Amplitude is seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the West region. As a key member of our Partner Ecosystem team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a partner strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner strategy that drives revenue growth in the West region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage partner business plans to ensure repeatable sales pipeline
  • Coordinate co-marketing efforts to drive pipeline creation
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and mutual success
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Partner, Sales, or Channel Development roles
  • Proven track record of growing and managing partner-sourced pipeline in mid-size and enterprise market segments
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
