About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cloud solutions space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to sales teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on cloud solutions or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
