About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and accelerating customer adoption of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and other lines of business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solution architects, and product teams, to drive sales and customer success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technology-related sales, consulting partner management, or business development.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT leaders, and other lines of business.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology-related sales management and field operations experience with a software or cloud solutions vendor, leading teams selling to Fortune 2000 accounts.
  • 7+ years of experience managing sales organizations with revenues of at least $200M+. Prior direct sales experience.
  • Experience working with global/enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
