Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team at Atlantic Offshore Fishery. This role involves generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals in the sales market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory.
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets by implementing an effective sales strategy.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM program.
  • Utilize negotiation and sales techniques to close deals and meet targets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Previous experience in outside sales is necessary for this position.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent are vital.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
