Role Summary:

A qualified Journeyman Electrician is required to perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within commercial settings.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with relevant codes.
  • Accurately interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the industry.
  • Provide mentorship to apprentices.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Journeyman Electrician license.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a journeyman electrician.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Skilled in the use of electrical tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of meeting job demands.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
