Job Summary

Globus Medical is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Monitor purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and maintain inventory levels to achieve target levels in conjunction with product development and quality teams.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive cost reductions and support capacity planning while maintaining high-quality products.
  • Dispute Resolution: Work with Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve invoices, purchase orders, and other discrepancies.
  • Project Management: Support project management efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve procurement processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
