Job Summary: Rydberg Technologies is seeking a skilled Quantum Technology Executive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment at the forefront of quantum technology innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
