As part of the EAVX team, you will be working closely with the executive leadership to support day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders.
The RoleWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team As an integral part of our office setup, you will be responsible for:
- Facilities Management: Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our office spaces, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing equipment maintenance.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Providing scheduling assistance for the executive leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and appointment coordination.
- Event and Activity Coordination: Assisting in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal celebrations.
- Employee Onboarding Support: Helping new employees settle in by preparing workstations, providing materials, and coordinating with HR.
- IT and Tech Liaison: Troubleshooting basic IT issues and serving as the liaison between our organization and the parent company for more complex technical needs.

Your ProfileWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional administrative training a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment and technology, with familiarity in coordinating with IT departments.
- A positive, professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and discretion as required.
