NETSCOUT is a leading provider of cybersecurity and network performance management solutions. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories through direct sales to enterprise customers. This role will require strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quota in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience in computer networking and service assurance
- 5+ years of experience selling into IT and data centers
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
