Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Director to lead our Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our infrastructure strategy, leading a global team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a global team of infrastructure and cloud operation engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a global cloud infrastructure and operations strategy
  • Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure operations, including monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance our infrastructure capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS platforms, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations technical leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud security and networking, compliance, data privacy, and implementing ITSM processes
  • Experience in implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
