Position Responsibilities
  • Perform in-home measurements and installations of our custom window treatment product lines, including roller shades, Roman shades, and drapery.
  • Learn motorization installation and programming techniques, particularly with Lutron products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout each measure and install appointment.
  • Develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles related to measurement and installation.
  • Partner with our local Design Consultants to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in carpentry, custom installation, or a transferable skilled trade.
  • Significant experience with hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and levels.
  • Proven ability to accurately measure within 1/8" with manual and laser measurers.
  • Strong customer service and in-home service experience.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and possessing a high level of integrity.
  • Active driver's license and insurable.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb ladders up to 26' in height.
