Job Overview:
The Endpoint Security Specialist will play a crucial role in the deployment and management of Endpoint Security systems to safeguard the organization's IT framework. This position is integral to the Citywide operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Endpoint Security Specialist will possess extensive knowledge of advanced Endpoint management and protection solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, Tanium, SCCM for provisioning and patch management, JAMF for macOS device oversight, and CrowdStrike for security measures.

The specialist must demonstrate expert-level capabilities in Endpoint Device and patch Management.

Hands-on expertise is required in the following areas: Device Provisioning, Windows Autopilot, creation and configuration of device policies, software packaging and distribution, Windows OS and software patching, and reporting in Intune utilizing Graph Explorer and API.

Success in this role entails managing the endpoint devices within the organization, ensuring their security, currency, and optimal performance.

As an Endpoint Security Specialist, the individual will also provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Exceptional teamwork, technical proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of the aforementioned technologies and be capable of formulating security policies and managing security configurations.

Experience with operating system deployment, patches, and upgrades.

Proficient in Windows Autopilot Provisioning.
