About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at LHH. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Configure and maintain VOIP phone systems
  • Provide Windows and Mac support, including application installation and troubleshooting
  • Perform desktop support and PC troubleshooting
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting end-users with hardware and software issues
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • VOIP phone systems experience
  • Windows and Mac support experience
  • Desktop support and PC troubleshooting experience

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate, between $23-$27, depending on experience. This is a contract position with possible extension and may become full-time. Onsite work is required in Washington, DC.
