Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at LHH. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Configure and maintain VOIP phone systems
- Provide Windows and Mac support, including application installation and troubleshooting
- Perform desktop support and PC troubleshooting
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting end-users with hardware and software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems
- VOIP phone systems experience
- Windows and Mac support experience
- Desktop support and PC troubleshooting experience
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate, between $23-$27, depending on experience. This is a contract position with possible extension and may become full-time. Onsite work is required in Washington, DC.
