Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage services to our guests, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to promote relaxation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess guest needs and provide personalized massage services, including body treatments and hydrotherapy
  • Utilize a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the service
  • Collaborate with other spa professionals to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience
Requirements
  • State or Regional Massage License
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
