Pavion and its affiliated companies are seeking a proficient Senior Recruiter to enhance our corporate team. The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professional talent for our organization. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Identifying and evaluating resumes, conducting interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and extending job offers
  • Creating innovative strategies for candidate sourcing
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and market insights
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to employment regulations
  • Fostering relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment journey
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
  • Managing priorities and driving the recruitment process effectively

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A strong understanding of the talent landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle a high volume of requisitions
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
