  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies
Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices using various Accounts Payable systems
  • Review and edit weekly payables to ensure accuracy
  • Image invoices for future reference and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in weekly payment processing and check printing
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Prior Accounts Payable work experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
