Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment
- Communicate with vendors, accounting, and internal offices as necessary
- Monitor vendor payment terms and agreements to ensure eligible discounts are used
- Investigate and troubleshoot vendor invoice and payment questions
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
