Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts receivable, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

Creating bank deposits and processing credit card payments

Collecting current and past due accounts

Entering payments into our database

Maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes

Filing necessary paperwork and preparing thank you notes for customers

Making reminder calls for scheduled cleanings

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Proven customer service skills and experience in an office setting

High School diploma or equivalent required
