About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within a set territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Use a company-issued phone to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but you look forward to interacting with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Total Rewards

  • Pay starting at $18.96 per hour.
  • Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement (100 mi/wk).
