Territory Sales Manager

Brandt Companies is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Eastern US territory for our Construction Attachment and Machine Conversion product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales, market share, and profitability in the given geographical area.
- Work closely with dealers to ensure they are capable of handling the Brandt product line and provide ongoing product knowledge and application training.
- Collaborate with the US Sales Director and US Sales Manager to develop and implement plans for growing Brandt sales with dealers.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to ensure Brandt's pricing, programs, and marketing strategies are positioned to penetrate new markets and grow existing markets profitably.
- Identify attachment product development opportunities that promote differentiation, enhance market penetration, and deliver increased profit opportunities for Brandt.
- Assist in coordinating trade shows and attending trade shows in the territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and/or product or technical support knowledge and experience in heavy construction and forestry equipment working with manufacturers and/or dealers.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Capable of basic computer skills, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.
- Aggressive team player, people person, self-starter, and motivated towards goals.
- Must be able to obtain or possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
