Job Title: Head of Institutional and Growth Marketing

FalconX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Institutional and Growth Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and nurture prospective institutional clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture prospective institutional clients
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
  • Support the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences and tracking efficacy of engagements
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide them with quality leads and sales enablement materials
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Create engaging content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services, B2B Fintech, and/or crypto
  • Experience with institutional finance organizations such as hedge funds, investment banks, mutual funds, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Paid ads) and project management software
  • Familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation:

This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $140,00 - $185,500. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company's equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.

Location and Travel:

FalconX is a hybrid first organization with 7 global offices. This role is expected to sit in our New York City office three days a week. Due to the nature of this role's work, we do expect there to be domestic and potentially international travel as well.
