We are looking for enthusiastic leaders to join our team as Restaurant Sales Trainers.

Sharebite is dedicated to combating child hunger in urban areas and beyond. We focus on managing corporate meal ordering for leading professional services firms, legal practices, financial institutions, and technology companies across the nation. Our advanced technology platform connects users with top-tier restaurants and catering services, facilitating meal distribution, expense oversight, and initiatives for post-pandemic transitions such as Sharebite Stations and Passport.

In this position, you will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to spearhead training and development for new Restaurant Account Executives. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in expanding our restaurant sales team through effective training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and onboarding for teams of Restaurant Account Executives
  • Deliver continuous education and coaching
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor progress
  • Perform performance assessments and coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to foster team development

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Background in coaching and leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Positive and dynamic demeanor
