Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investor Services Analyst to join our Private Wealth Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client coverage team and business initiatives, fielding inquiries from financial advisors and internal sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and accurate support to clients and internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Transaction Support: Assist with the placement of transactions, including reviewing paperwork, communicating with financial advisors, and confirming pending orders.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop a deep understanding of distribution partners' operational platforms and processes, serving as a subject matter expert for advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on alternative investments and client-facing roles.
- Skills: Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and summarize complex issues and recommendations. Ability to work efficiently against deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Blackstone Restaurant offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
