We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Manager with a deep understanding of the market data industry and the requirements of financial institutions.


About the Role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee client engagements, manage vendor agreements, and pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle vendor contracts effectively.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for additional sales within existing accounts.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years in a client-facing position, preferably within financial services.
  • A proven history of client retention and growth.
  • Strong project management capabilities, particularly for high-priority initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the market data sector is advantageous.
