About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Network Computer Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Manhattan, Lawrence, Emporia, and Western Kansas area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Propose secure, effective, and cost-efficient solutions to clients, maximizing their productivity and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Protect and preserve all personal and occupational information encountered during employment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Requirements
  • 2-year technical degree or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Renewal of existing certifications required upon expiration.
  • Knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass random drug tests.
