- 2+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team, including management, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to train, guide, and lead culinary staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000, plus bonus opportunities, 100% employee health insurance, dental, vision, and an excellent PTO plan.
