About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in Dallas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics
