Job Title: Call Center Collections Supervisor

At Credit Systems International, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Collections Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, and maintaining compliance with governing laws and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the activities of call center staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase recoveries and reduce expenses, including specific campaigns, strategies, and collection techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Operations, Business Development, IT, Compliance, Human Resources, and Executive-level Managers to successfully meet client needs and manage the completion of assigned projects.
  • Source and/or develop performance improvement tools and techniques for process enhancement and streamlining.
  • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to improve call center productivity continuously.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA or related field (or 5+ years of related/relevant work experience)
  • 5+ years working in a management capacity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to act as a transformation/change agent within the organization, demonstrating flexibility and effectiveness in varying situations with diverse roles, responsibilities, environments, and people
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the debt collections/call center industry
  • Track record of success in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other related applications
