Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Representative to join our team at Kyyba. As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from client customers to collect payments on live and terminated accounts. You will also negotiate payment solutions, provide excellent customer service, and manage a queue of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via phone, email, and letters using excellent customer service skills.
  • Negotiate payment solutions when customers need assistance and follow up when payment arrangements have expired.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers.
  • Manage a queue of assigned accounts and perform skip tracing activities to locate customers and collateral when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations on process improvements and training materials.
  • Maintain corporate standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Collections environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
