  • The Luxury Leasing Administrator will provide administrative support to the leasing office at a newly constructed, luxury apartment building in Brooklyn.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reception/Office Management
  2. Data/IT/Reports
  3. Broker Relations
  4. Training
  5. Paperwork

Requirements:

">
  • Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Solution-oriented attitude
  • Minimum one year of multi-family leasing experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work loads
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Updated understanding of rent stabilization rules and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Trained in Fair Housing regulations
  • Articulate in written and verbal communication
  • Flexible schedule: weekends required
  • Solid and consistent work history with excellent references
  • Team oriented, self-motivated and positive
  • Experience in hospitality and/or mixed-income buildings, a major plus
