Leasing Office Manager

About the Role:
">- The Luxury Leasing Administrator will provide administrative support to the leasing office at a newly constructed, luxury apartment building in Brooklyn.
- This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
">- Reception/Office Management
- Data/IT/Reports
- Broker Relations
- Training
- Paperwork
Requirements:
">- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Solution-oriented attitude
- Minimum one year of multi-family leasing experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work loads
- Strong attention to detail and well organized in a fast-paced environment
- Updated understanding of rent stabilization rules and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and follow-up
- Trained in Fair Housing regulations
- Articulate in written and verbal communication
- Flexible schedule: weekends required
- Solid and consistent work history with excellent references
- Team oriented, self-motivated and positive
- Experience in hospitality and/or mixed-income buildings, a major plus
