About UsThe Neighborhood Association is a dynamic community organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents. We are seeking an experienced Activity Program Manager to lead our recreational programs and ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all.
**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per yearJob DescriptionAs our Activity Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for residents. This includes:
- Developing and scheduling activity programs that cater to diverse interests and needs
- Collaborating with staff to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulations
You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain a shelter-wide calendar of events, promote activities through various channels, and provide excellent customer service to our residents.
**Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
