Insurance Business Development Professional

At Tower Hill Insurance Group, we are seeking a talented Insurance Business Development Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment, selling various insurance products to members/policyholders and fostering relationships through exceptional service.
About the Role
This role acts as an advocate for members/policyholders within the organization, providing them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options. The Insurance Business Development Professional is responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls daily to new and existing customers and leads, introducing insurance products, explaining coverage options, and gathering information about their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily calls to new and existing customers and leads to introduce insurance products and explain coverage options.
- Handle the day-to-day workflow of bound new business, renewals, customer service, and policy changes.
- Review, analyze, and resolve policy and coverage-related concerns for members/policyholders.
- Engage in consultative selling by asking probing questions to understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members/policyholders, teammates, and carriers.
- Provide accurate rate quotations and appropriate insurance coverage information to qualified prospects.
- Meet individual and team sales and service goals by successfully converting leads into insurance policy sales.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Education
High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of property and casualty insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
Licenses
2-20 Florida Agent License required within 30 days of hire.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), health savings account, accident, and cancer insurance plans.
