Insurance Business Development Manager

ValorVIP, a leading global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking an Insurance Business Development Manager to oversee complex insurance operations. The ideal candidate has experience planning, directing, and coordinating insurance business growth through phone and automation service transactions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of client products and services, providing hands-on team leadership, problem-solving, and coaching.
You will manage growth and oversee call center insurance operation, improve and strengthen existing Property and Casualty and life programs, provide input, innovation, and support to the Management Team, project manage new launches and initiatives, including process design and implementation, and ensure program efficiency and financial performance.
Requirements- 5+ years of insurance experience building and managing Property and Casualty and Life insurance programs
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience managing complex business processes
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Professional designation (CPCU/CIC/AAI/CISR) preferred
