Business Development Professional

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will build relationships with business owners and leaders, working closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Sales Performance: To excel in this role, you should have a strong desire to succeed and enjoy working with people. A typical day could involve making sales calls, moving prospects through our sales process, delivering proposals, and collaborating with our internal teams to qualify leads.
Compensation Package: Our base salary for outside sales representatives is $75K/year, accompanied by an uncapped commission structure that provides opportunities for growth and advancement.

RequirementsWe seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in business or a similar field. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to build meaningful relationships and drive results.
