About the Role

Vestis is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in selected target markets and identify high-volume healthcare opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and surgery centers.
  2. Maintain pre-set standards and controls for healthcare processes.
  3. Exceed quota on rental and direct new sale business for selected markets.
  4. Conduct periodic education and training sessions as requested by senior leadership.
  5. Develop and present professional proposals and presentations.
  6. Utilize the approved Vestis sales force automation tool to record daily sales activities.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Five to seven years of experience in sales and marketing in the uniform industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
