JOB OVERVIEW


The Compliance Specialist is tasked with visiting various communities within the designated regions to assess compliance among homeowners. This role involves regular inspections and documentation of non-compliant properties.

If you enjoy spending the majority of your workday on the road, this position allows you to directly engage with neighborhoods while ensuring adherence to community standards.


Are you adept at handling challenging interactions? This role may require you to assist homeowners in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns. Training will be provided to equip you with effective conflict resolution skills.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with homeowners to address compliance-related issues and facilitate resolutions.

Respond to inquiries by researching past cases, compiling relevant information, and ensuring clear communication with homeowners regarding compliance matters.

Enhance your industry knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities and familiarize yourself with the governing documents of the associations we manage.

Some positions may involve light walking within community areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. While prior experience in this field is not mandatory, we highly value self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Knowledge Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to input data into databases and utilize mobile devices for inspections.

- Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Capability to follow oral and written instructions
- Customer-service oriented with a team-oriented mindset, maintaining composure during peak interactions.
