Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. as a Field Service Mechanic for CNC Machining Centers in Worcester, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC Machining Centers, including installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Inspect and diagnose issues with machine tools, routers, grinders, saws, cutters, lathes, mills, and milling machines.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining centers, machine tools, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
