Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist - Setup to join our client's team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision metal fabrication and be proficient in operating CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine set-up and production methods.
  • Perform in-process inspections and record results.
  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance and adjust machine settings as needed.
  • Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Vocational or technical certification preferred.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Solidworks or similar software.
  • Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions.
  • Intermediate math skills and computer skills.
