Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts from various materials. Your expertise in design fixturing and tooling methodology, as well as your ability to perform setups on all machinery, will be essential in ensuring the success of our manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture close tolerance parts with high-quality finishes
  • Design and implement fixturing and tooling methodology to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Perform setups on all machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinding machines
  • Conduct First Piece inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Function as the departmental lead person and train others in CNC machining techniques
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of related CNC machining experience
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
