Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet of vehicles and equipment. You'll read and interpret Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders, communicate with supervisors and equipment operators, and complete paperwork associated with repairs. You'll also maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose fleet vehicle and equipment issues
  • Read and interpret Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders
  • Communicate with supervisors and equipment operators
  • Complete paperwork associated with repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Equivalent of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
  • 4 years of related equipment maintenance and repair experience
  • Valid driver's license
