This new site will leverage advanced technology to enhance our capabilities in producing injectable medications, device assembly, and packaging operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and operation of a state-of-the-art facility designed with environmental sustainability in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and communication of a comprehensive project plan to ensure the manufacturing facility achieves operational readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with various project managers to ensure integration of multiple project deliverables.
  • Facilitate structured communication across different site functions, including Operations, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.
  • Manage complex interdependencies to ensure timely and successful facility start-up and process validation.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify necessary pre-manufacturing elements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work with project teams to create an integrated start-up plan that reflects key interdependencies and resource requirements.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between project teams and end users to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams to enhance morale and communication.
  • Ensure clear scope alignment and project timelines are met through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and changes in project milestones.
  • Manage resources effectively to prevent project delivery issues.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present relevant metrics to governance forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to analyze and deliver solutions to business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate project ideas and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence decision-making in complex scenarios.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
